LAKES OF TEXAS has the right to adjust, modify, cancel, or refuse service at any time to any party for any reason, including but not limited to: free promotional offers, advertising packages, or listing packages. LAKES OF TEXAS has the right to discontinue any free promotional offers automatically without prior notice. In order to re-qualify for a free promotional offer, parties must resubmit a request in the same fashion as the original request unless that particular offer is no longer available.

LAKES OF TEXAS rate structures are based on term agreements made with advertising or listing parties. LAKES OF TEXAS does not guarantee any rates whatsoever beyond the original term of agreement. LAKES OF TEXAS has the right to adjust rate structures at anytime without notice. Any and all terms currently withstanding at the time of an adjustment will remain true to that current term. However, any terms renewed or initiated on or after the date of said adjustment, shall be subject to the new rate structure, if any. Lakes of Texas may cancel this agreement at any time by providing advance written notice 30 days prior to cancellation. Lakes of Texas will refund any unused to the client upon termination of this agreement.

NO WARRANTIES
